Crescendo Rose Entertainment is a new San Diego management company for performers, musicians, and on-camera personalities. We are taking on our first artists now — which means our whole attention, and terms written for people at the start.
Day-to-day representation. Calendars, negotiations, and the unglamorous follow-through that keeps a career moving.
Rooms, stages, sessions, and dates. We pitch, we negotiate, and we put the terms in writing before anyone shows up.
Visual identity, creative direction, and media training. We build the artist, not just the next release.
Brands, sync, and collaborations — pursued only when they fit the work rather than interrupt it.
Crescendo Rose Entertainment opened in 2026 out of a rented room in the Gaslamp Quarter. We have spent years working other people's rooms, tours and green rooms, and we are building this one on the parts that worked: a small roster, obsessive follow-through, and terms short enough to read in one sitting.
Six founding artists, then we close intake.
Short contracts, no hidden splits, rates in writing.
A founder is at every first date. No exceptions.
